We provide a range of services and resources to support care leavers, including:

• Housing Support: We understand that finding and maintaining safe and affordable housing can be challenging for care leavers. We provide assistance with finding accommodation and securing housing benefits.
• Education and Employment Support: We believe that education and employment are key factors in achieving independence. Our team provides guidance on further education and training opportunities, as well as assistance with job searches and applications.
• Emotional and Practical Support: We provide emotional and practical support to care leavers who may be struggling with the transition to independent living. Our team is always available to offer a listening ear and provide guidance on any issues that may arise.
• Financial Support: We understand that care leavers may struggle with finances, which is why we have partnered with organisations that will teach financial and money management skills. Staff will also provide assistance with accessing grants
  and financial assistance where necessary.
• Social Support: We believe that social support is important for mental wellbeing. Trinite Homes provides opportunities for care leavers to engage in social activities and meet other care leavers who may be going through similar experiences. But more than that, we provide a pathway to complete integration into mainstream society to live life at your own terms.
